West Coast Harley-Davidson is the second Harley-Davidson dealer to join True Track!

West Coast were struggling with their DMS in Accounting and the integration between their Sales and Aftersales departments and using lots of spreadsheets and other dependencies outside the DMS that they wanted to DMS to control.

We put together complete package to migrate them onto our DMS including recoding their chart of accounts to a much more manageable and sensible split by Harley Family and implemented the automatic cost of sales for parts and vehicles to help streamline the accounts and cut down on amount of spreadsheets being used.

The Sales Department is now fully integrated with the Aftersales department with notifications when vehicles and dealer fitted accessories are sold to the aftersales department.
