All Pyramid DMS production servers are hosted in the UK at Telehouse South, part of the renowned Telehouse London Docklands campus in East London — one of Europe’s most connected and resilient data centre environments. Opened in 2022, Telehouse South delivers 18MW of total power capacity with dual redundant power feeds, N+1 generator redundancy, and a 2N UPS configuration, providing the kind of infrastructure-level resilience that keeps mission-critical business systems running without interruption.
The Telehouse London campus holds a comprehensive set of internationally recognised accreditations, including ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management, PCI-DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and ISO 9001 Quality Management. Physical security is maintained around the clock by trained security personnel, with electronic access management, proximity access control systems, and CCTV coverage throughout all facilities.
On top of the data centre’s own security controls, our infrastructure is actively monitored and supported 24/7, 365 days a year by True Track Software system administrators and contractors. Our operational and security processes are aligned with ISO 27001 standards, ensuring that how we manage and protect your data is held to the same rigorous benchmark as the facility that houses it.
When it comes to data protection and resilience, we take a belt-and-braces approach. All customer data and source code is backed up both daily and weekly, with daily backups replicated offsite to a secondary UK data centre — meaning your data is never dependent on a single location. In the unlikely event of a primary site incident, recovery is straightforward and your business continuity is protected.

Can you install the system on site and provide training to my staff?

Disaster Recovery?
Pyramid operates a primary and secondary real-time data replication failover strategy that in the event the primary server develops a problem the secondary server is available to take over to reduce system downtime. In the event the York Data Centre develops a problem your data is also backed up to set of servers in Manchester that reduces the risk of downtime. * Please Note: As the data controller you are responsible for maintaining the data entered into our servers into records on your network. We can provide access to your data and can help consult on how to back up the data to your network. Please contact our support team for further help in this area.
